How long before my order ships?


We have a huge inventory of parts and a full time Shipping Dept, so most orders received by 3pm weekdays ship the same day. In the event we do not have your part in stock, it is probably already on our daily stock order from the manufacturer and will usually ship 1-5 days later. If something is backordered, we will call you or email you.


Do you ship internationally?


We do not ship internationally directly, but we can ship to any freight/courier company in the continental USA.


How do I track my order?


When your order ships, you will get a confirmation email from the cargo company that has your tracking number. This email goes to the email address you provided.


Can I pick up my order at your Florida Location?


You may select your freight option as "Pick Up in Store", and we will pull and hold your order for you.


Can I special order a product?


We do special orders for non-stock and specialty items daily – just give us a call to Contact US.


I saw an item in the Manufacturer catalog or website, but I can't find it on your website.


Some items are currently unavailable and may not be on our website. Contact us if we do not have listed a part that you are looking for.


Why doesn't the website photo look exactly the same as my part?


The photos we show online are provided by manufacturer and is typical to be used an image for reference only.


I am having trouble logging in to my account. What can I do?


For added security, we do not have access to your login and password information. Please use the Forgot My Password link to have your password emailed to you.


 


Do you sell or otherwise give out my personal information to anyone?


We never, never, never sell or give out any personal information to anyone.


Can I change my order once it has been submitted?


Call us immediately to change an order. We box and ship orders very quickly.


What methods of payment do you accept?


For online orders, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal.


What should I do if my package is delivered damaged?


This rarely happens, but if it does, you must call UPS right away to report the claim. We will help any way we can to remedy the situation, however UPS will not allow us to place a claim on your behalf. Please save the box and all packing material, as UPS may want to see it.

Due to the high volume on call we can only return if you leave us a message
